Don Bosco Kamuli Bids Farewell to Br. Quoc

Br.Quoc Dao DucBidding farewell to your employees and fellow colleagues can be really hard. It is one of those emotional moments in an organization where you have to bid adieu to your favorite person.

On Thursday 21st July 2022, Brother Quoc Dao Duc (SDB) bid farewell to the students of St. Joseph Vocational Training Centre Kamuli. He is continuing with his Salesian work in Kigali-Rwanda.

Br. Quoc is a Vietnamese Salesian Brother who first worked in the United Kingdom and later on Posted in Kamuli as an Economer in 2016.

There was a mass service in the morning and there after sports activities in the afternoon.

The Mass was conducted by Fr. Moses Wanjala (SDB) who is a born of Kamuli but currently serving in Rome, assisted by the institution Principal, Fr. Ferdinand Ntunzwenimana.

Both Father Moses and Fr. Ferdinand appreciated the efforts of Br. Quoc for the welfare and development of Kamuli community particularly St. Joseph Vocational Training Centre. They argued him to continue with the same Salesian spirit wherever he goes.

In his Speech, Br. Quoc appreciated the Kamuli community for the continuous support rendered to him during his years of service in Uganda. Br.Quoc said that he had developed much affection for Kamuli and if given another chance he wished to stay and continue serving in Kamuli.

The following day was another Celebration in the Evening where staff members bid farewell to Br. Quoc in the eveining. There was a lot of fun, drinks and eats. This was all done in appreciation of the good work done.
