These are workshops organised by the AVSI SKY Project in Partnership with the Edukans and Terra institutions from Netherlands.
In the Last training of April 2018, 30 teachers (23 Male & 7Female ) received the Edukans – Terra World Teachers Training and they were certified, ´10 administration administrative personels (8 Male & 2 Female) received the Edukans – Terra World Leader Training .
During the training, a lot of skills were acquired, for instance the teacchers were taught Green house management, Business and financial management, Lesson planning skills, Class management skills, Leadership sklills and Personal Development skills. Management staff was trained on Business and financial management, Leadership Skills, Conflict management, Students/ Teachers follow up techniques, Entrepreneurship skills and Jobs Placement techniques.
