Junior achievement Uganda has trained twenty-eight teachers at St Joseph Vocational Training Centre Kamuli in various areas of Entrepreneurship.
Teachers were excited about the opportunity to learn ways of getting side income other than depending on salary alone which in most cases is too little to meet personal expenses.
It was also a launch of the various JA programs that students will be involved in throughout the year, under the guidance of teachers.
Entrepreneurship training for teachers empowers educators with the tools to instill an entrepreneurial mindset which lead to building a generation of innovative thinkers ready to tackle the challenges of the future.
